Accomodations

Each of the cabins is a one bedroom - one bath with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchens are fully equipped with microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, and all you need to serve meals. See our amenities page for a complete list of all that is included.

Cabin Rates and Reservations

Cabin reservations available year round. Call 479-216-4911 for cabin availability and reservations.

Spring/Summer Rates

March - September
$115 a night with a 2 night minimum
3 night minimum on major holidays including Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.

Fall/Winter Rates

October - February
$95 a night with a 2 night minimum
$115 a night with a 3 night minimum on major holidays including Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Rental Policies

Rates

Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice unless confirmed. Rates posted do not include sales tax.

Additional Guests

$15.00 Each additional adult over 18 years of age
$10.00 Each additional child between 3 and 17 years of age
Under 3 years of age are free

Reservations

Reservations will be temporarily held by phone for 7 days until deposit received. One half of total stay will secure your reservation. We will call you with confirmation of reservation when deposit is received.

Payment Method

We DO NOT accept credit cards. Personal check or money order can be sent for securing reservations. Cash, Personal Check, Money Order, or Travelers Check accepted on balance upon arrival. Deposit must be received within 7 days after making reservation. Balance due upon arrival. Reservations made within 7 days of stay will need to send full payment at time of booking.

Cancellations and Limited Refund Policy

A 7-day notice of cancellation prior to your stay is required. Less than 7 days notice, your deposit is forfeited unless:

• Cancellation is due to death in family
• If we are able to re-rent cabin for the dates you had reserved, then we will gladly refund your deposit

Check-In/Check-Out

Check in time is 3:00 PM CST
Check out time is 10:00 AM CST

Please have all your belongings out of the cabin by 10:00 AM, this gives us time to clean the cabin before the next guests....Thanks.

Early Departure

There are no refunds for early departure. This includes weather conditions.

Damage/Cleaning Deposit

You are responsible for any damages and making sure kitchen is clean and cabin orderly, etc... A $25 CASH deposit is required at sign-in (Refunded after cabin cleaned and inspected if everything OK).
